We help children build foundational life skills safeguarding their mental and emotional health through:

We run nature based excursions for 5-12yo and offer tailored workshops for school camps or holiday programs.
We are experiencing unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety and mental health issues in our children, tweens and teens. They are under pressure academically, over scheduled, have more screen time and less nature time, living through a pandemic and being cared for by overstretched families.
Screens in particular are taking over as the primary form of communication and our kids are losing the ability to experience challenging emotions, develop coping mechanisms and build their resilience.
Warrior Workshops offer students a safe space to develop a conscious awareness of how nature benefits mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
They will enrich their emotional intelligence, improve interpersonal skills and increase their capacity for self regulation.
Creative use of natural resources, eco craft, nature yoga, games, ancient rituals, stories and freedom to be within the environment nurture the children to become their own warrior.
