An empowering circle for mamas and their children aged 0-8years.

We are not 'just' mothers.
We are women with stories, histories, experiences and hard won wisdom.
The next generation needs us to pass our wisdom on because it contains the secrets to understanding who they are, where they come from and knowing they too can change.

Motherhood is a profound evolution.
We don't go back to our previous self and we don't stop at one version of ourselves post partum.
We gather skills, change and adapt constantly.
This is to be honoured, celebrated and recognised.

This retreat is designed for mothers to remember they are strong, resilient and courageous with their young warriors bearing witness and the power of women gathering.

Together we will work with our hands using CLAY (clay is connected to nature and malleable, just like us) and share stories we wish for our children to hear or what we need to let go around the topic of HOW WE'VE CHANGED, ADAPTED & WHEN WE'VE ACTED WITH COURAGE.

We will also experience a FIRE RELEASE CEREMONY shedding layers of self criticism and guilt allowing ourselves to accept who we are in this moment.
