BODY COMPASSION MINDSET COMMUNITY
BODY COMPASSION MINDSET
This workshop is a creative and educational exploration of the ways girls are portrayed in the media vs how they really feel about themselves.
Designed to create a foundation for body compassion and healthier life choices, participants will understand why their body shape changes throughout puberty (and their lives).
We dissect advertising messages and examine real vs fake images with a critical lens so girls becomes savvy to the tactics used by companies that make girls and women feel bad about the way they look.
