It is really important to understand what happens to your body through puberty and other times of transformation in your life. We often fear what we don’t know so this book is designed to help you become bodywise, empowered and confident as you change and grow into the person you are meant to become.
Inside you'll find some info on puberty,
periods and period products, tips for self care
and a mud map for body compassion.
There’s some breathwork to help steady your stress and remind you laughter is good for the soul. There’s some witchy rituals to help honour your cycle (period) and advice for regulating those big feelings. This is all designed to help you gain more knowledge about what’s happening inside your amazing body.
There are cool, quirky facts about Mother Trees, periods, eggs (yours I mean!), boobs and wombs, with some inspirational quotes and journal pages for you to fill out.
Facts about nature are also woven throughout.
Human beings share many similarities with nature. Observing these will remind you these will remind you
we are always in a cycle of transformation and renewal.
Every change you experience in your life brings you closer to being wise. You understand more about who you are, what you want to do in the world and what kind
of person you want to be.
To become wise takes time.
