GIRLS SANCTUARY CEREMONY + SELF CARE
Born from a collaboration between Kate from Wild Creative Education and Emma from Motherground Coaching, Girls Sanctuary is a place where girls can be themselves, feel nurtured and explore ideas through creativity and play.

This CEREMONY + SELF CARE special edition supports your preteen to
explore ways to care for her wellbeing through different ceremonial rituals and creative rites (practices).

Our focus is to provide a space that is screen free, welcoming, nourishing for tired, young nervous systems and reinvigorate their creativity and imagination through embracing mistakes and play.
