Seed Retreat is an immersive rite of passage experience for mothers and girls aged 8-13yrs.
We honour and celebrate puberty and periods as this is a vital phase of change for your girl.
She is in the process of leaving her childhood and arriving at adolescence.
For your daughter to feel confident in her body and empowered in her choices as she goes through this evolution, she needs to feel connected to her support, have a sense of belonging and working knowledge of how her body will change and why.

At the Seed Retreat she will access her own bravery and have the opportunity to explore her intrepid side.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
K A T E A N D R E W S
Founder of Wild Creative and mother of two wild souls, Kate brings a grounded presence to all her work, riding the line between taking a deep dive and recognising spiritual, personal work (much like mothering and transitions themselves) are balanced by playfulness and laughter.
Her passion for honouring girls and women’s ever evolving nature forms the backbone of the Seed Retreat, Body Compassion and Bodywise workshops.
Nature plays a core role in all of this work as it organically supports processing, healing and integration. You will leave this retreat feeling held, seen, empowered and transformed. 

J A Z Z B A I L E Y
Jazz is an adventure seeking, nature lover living with her two children between the forest and the ocean in Denmark. With a trauma informed practice, a passion for health and wellbeing she supports people holistically through remedial massage, coaching, and mentoring.
Jazz brings her love of adventure, knowledge of nature and playful, grounded vibe as our Hike Leader during our Rites of Passage adventure.

PRUE RUSTEAN FROM EARTH ALTERING
Connecting to the Earth at during a time of deep challenge lead Prue to creating phenomenal land art that became a healing practice. She uses it as a portal to send her prayers, fears, emotions, dreams and gratitude. Her mission is to now share what she has learned through this beautiful and magical art with others.

LEAH MICHE | LIVE SOUND HEALING
Leah will be providing a soundscape of ambient electronica and natural elements throughout your yoga practice with Aasha. Her intention is to lead you into a restful state beyond the busy mind and limitations of the physical body and invite the wisdom of your own spirit to shine through. Using her angelic voice, live instruments and ambient soundscapes Leah will take you on a journey with ancient mantras and truth words reminding you of your true nature.

AASHA BROAD | YOGA
With a background in Vedantic philosophy, secondary education, music performance and a passion for mindful movement, Aasha has completed multiple teacher trainings in hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, pregnancy, and children’s yoga. As a mother-of-two, she understands the value of practices that nurture calm, resilience, and presence — qualities she will shares with us each morning.

BEC SCHOFIELD NOMADICS BAND | PERFOMRANCE AND VOICE ACTIVATION
Esteemed vocalist Bec Schofield (B.A. Theatre & Humanities Dip. Ed.) of THE NOMADICS now based in Woodichup Bilya is an internationally trained improv. theatre practitioner & scholarship graduate PACT theatre - Sydney.
Bec Schofield is a long-time touring artist who has supported the likes of The Teskey Brothers, Missy Higgins, Mama Kin & The Waifs. She is the founder of Rebel Choir & Wild Bilya Playback Theatre Troupe.

HANNAH STYLES LEMON MYRTLE | PERFOMRANCE AND VOICE ACTIVATION
Hannah creates exquisite, heartfelt songs that pull at the heart strings with their honesty. Her observations of the human experience will leave you laughing and crying in equal measure. She is a young woman who will inspire your girl!

ADDIE HOCKNEY FIFTH OF A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHY
Passionately documenting authentic stories throughout her lifetime, Addie is an old soul who has sustained a powerful twenty year love story with photography and film. She is devoted to her craft and creates from the heart.  
Rest assured you are in safe arm’s as Addie quietly and knowingly records the beauty as it unfolds, weaving together the unseen with  visuals to create a truly emotive documentation experience.
